Vis Magazine
Ohio museum complex collaboration with vis magazine
For Vis Magazine, I developed a design process centered around visually representing the Ohio Museum Complex in a way that felt engaging, educational, and cohesive with the publication’s style. I began by researching the museum’s exhibits, history, and branding to better understand how to communicate its identity through layout, typography, and imagery. From there, I created page concepts that balanced strong visual storytelling with clear information hierarchy, incorporating photography, graphic elements, and a stylized red monochromatic color palette to create a bold and cohesive visual theme. Throughout the process, I focused on designing clean, organized spreads that enhanced readability while still feeling visually dynamic and connected to the overall aesthetic of Vis Magazine.
